Osse Pierre is the literary pen name of José Pierre.
 

Osse Pierre is a writer and essayist whose work explores leadership, trust, and the human experience through reflective storytelling and modern fables.

Writing began as a quiet personal practice for José Pierre — a way to reflect on leadership, purpose, and service, and to support the work he and his wife, Bernie, began through the Children Heritage Foundation (tCHF), helping children in Haiti through education and hope.

What started as a few private reflections soon grew into a creative mission: using story as a tool for insight and renewal. His first published work, The Fox and the Caterpillar, reimagines the traditional fable to show how small moments of trust and patience can lead to meaningful transformation.

As his writing evolved, José began publishing under the name Osse Pierre — a natural extension of his creative identity and of Osse Publications, the imprint he founded to explore leadership, reflection, and meaning through story. Under this name, he continues to write essays and fables, including his forthcoming book Anchored Leadership.

Whether writing as José Pierre or Osse Pierre, his work remains grounded in reflection, humility, and the belief that thoughtful words can guide readers through seasons of change.
